Project: Serena by the Sea - Florida, USA
Arredo3 "contract" project - 80 units
The Arredo3 proposals attracted the attention of a contractor seeking solutions for 80 kitchens, 251 bathrooms and 40 laundry rooms in a particularly luxurious context, the "Serena by the Sea" contract project in the United States. Recently completed, this residence already welcomes - in two-bedroom, three-bedroom, penthouse and garden homes - the first people who have decided to live there permanently with all the comforts and views of the Gulf of Mexico, and those who have chosen it as their vacation home.

The original project envisaged island, corner and linear kitchens in the models Cloe in Colorado finish, Kalì in the two finishes Noce bruno and Noce Imperial, and Asia in Rovere Nature veneer, all materials certified according to U.S. standards. During the manufacture of Arredo3 structures and panels, CARB2 standards have been strictly complied with at all times, guaranteeing compliance with the California Air Resource Board's minimum formaldehyde emissions and the traceability of the furniture from the manufacturer to the consumer, with the corresponding registration and labeling.
Given the high standard of the luxury homes of Serena by the Sea, we were asked to offer a wide capacity for customization, a request that we were able to satisfy thanks to the versatility of our modules, to the possibility of combining different Arredo3 models and to our own internal carpentry, in which only highly specialized personnel work.

For this reason, and so that they could contain any type of household appliances - completely different from those of our European customers - we manufacture customized furniture specifically created according to the specific standards of the U.S. market. We also take advantage of the versatility of our furniture to furnish the bathrooms, while in the laundry rooms we use new items, recently added to our catalog.
In some apartments, the buyer asked to change the model to adapt it to their more typically American tastes. In that case we proposed Frida, a wood kitchen with framed door and integrated grip, in Brandy Poro Aperto finish. In fact, kitchens with framed doors are in great demand in the United States, so our contemporary Frida model has been very well received.
