- Design and quotation process - 2 weeks
- Arrangements and order confirmations - 2 weeks
- Furniture production and fabrication - 8 weeks
- Shipping and inland transportation - 4 to 6 weeks
- Delivery and installation as ordered - 2 to 3 weeks
- Total 16 to 20 weeks (4 to 5 months approx.)

- 1st Payment - Deposit required for furniture order (60%)
- 2nd Payment - Required for delivery of furniture to the home and proceed with installation (40%)
- 3rd Payment - A final payment may be required upon completion of installation (+5%) depending on offer at time of purchase.
